Our unique insight into the challenges and opportunities you face comes from advising some of the biggest names across the real estate sector and beyond.

Long-standing, strong client relationships are important to us. They help us understand the issues and challenges you face and deliver an outstanding client experience based on what matters most to you.

We draw insight from our understanding of the real estate sector and advising occupiers, developers, investors and tenants of property across the UK and the firm’s specialist sector areas.  We work hard to provide practical, targeted advice and support, grounded in market-leading real estate expertise.

Whether you need niche advice on investment, development, commercial property matters (either as landlord or occupier), town centre development, agricultural real estate, energy and oil & gas; or whether you are looking for sustainable solutions from our planning, residential property, environment, construction and property litigation experts. We even have a Scottish qualified team, dedicated to providing cross border support.

Clients sit at the heart of what we do. What matters most to us is that we provide the same outstanding client experience, irrespective of the size, location or structure of client. That’s why we take a ‘one team’ approach, with over 200 experts drawn from across the firm, our network of trusted partners and the legal disciplines.

Most importantly, we recognise that simply knowing the law, isn’t enough. You need legal experts that respond to the trends, operational challenges, regulatory changes and legislation impacting on your sector and project. Specialists that understand how these things each impact on your objectives and the advice required. Working collaboratively across your team and with you, we work hard to ask the right questions so that you get the right answers.

"They are extremely good; their reaction time is ideal if I've got something and need an immediate reaction. It is a very efficient service."

"They are confident, thorough and fair."

"They have a very strong team at Bond Dickinson. I cannot fault the advice received."

"They offer a good quality of work and are very straightforward."

"They are a national practice and bring a range of skill sets to their general offering."

"They are a force to be reckoned with."
