International experience

Many of the transactions on which Bond Dickinson advises have an international aspect.   • Al-Rushaid Construction (Saudi Arabia) – sale of Whessoe Oil & Gas to Samsung
  • Dematic Group SARL (Luxembourg) - £23 million public takeover of SDI Group
  • Formica (USA) – disposal of businesses in Brazil and Germany
  • Frutarom (Israel) - acquisition of Oxford Chemicals from Yule Catto & Co plc
  • Huntsman Corporation (USA) - $812 million sale of UK base chemicals and polymers business to SABIC
  • Marathon Oil (USA) – $1.3 billion sale of Angolan ultra-deep water oil and gas interests to Sonangol
  • OpSec Security Group USA) - £12 million acquisition of Delta Labelling and £6 million acquisition of Light Impressions
  • Paperpak (Sweden) - €75 million buyout by Rutland Partners, and subsequent €180m sale to Domtar Corporation, a Montreal-based company listed on NYSE.

  • Metal Spinners Group -  US $25 million sale to Standex Inc
  • Monstermob Group plc - US $160 million acquisition of ATOP Century Limited (China) and US$27 million acquisition of Mobicon (Russia).
