We've advised on a wide range of corporate and partnership structures and will work closely with you to identify the most appropriate vehicle for your business.

We believe that successful navigation of the structural options available to corporates and partnerships relies on an understanding of your commercial objectives and organisational culture as well as the tax and regulatory frameworks.

Drawn from across our market-leading corporate team, our specialist lawyers have a proven track record for delivering results across a range of complex corporate structures including alternatives to M&A transactions.

We’re proud of our reputation for delivering clear solutions that respond to commercial drivers and contribute to your strategic success. Whether incorporated in the UK or overseas, we help you to identify the most appropriate vehicle for your business, from limited companies (both listed and unlisted), companies limited by guarantee, unlimited companies and community interest companies to LLPs, partnerships and limited partnerships. You tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll listen – before making recommendations that get you the results you want.

Most importantly, we think our firm-wide expertise sets us apart from the crowd in this field.  Supported by teams of tax, real estate, employment, pensions, competition, regulatory and litigation specialists, as well as our banking and restructuring teams, we don’t just stop at providing outstanding corporate advice.  We build teams that work for you over the longer-term, helping you with tax structuring, pension issues, regulatory obstacles and management of risk.

As part of our corporate and employment offerings, we have extensive experience of advising Partnerships and LLPs as well as individual partners and LLP members on the non-contentious and contentious aspects of their businesses. For more information, visit our dedicated Partnerships and LLPs page.
