We're with you at every step of your business's life cycle.

If access to the public markets in the UK is important to your growth, we're there to help you achieve a listing on London Stock Exchange’s Main Market or AIM. We're also ready to support you after listing to help you meet your continuing obligations, conduct further fundraisings and advise on public M&A.

As one of the leading corporate teams operating outside the City, we support organisations across the UK and globally. We work hard to deliver swift, commercial results in a cost-effective way.

Our clients range from new issuers to established listed companies. We’re proud of the fact that our clients come from all backgrounds and operate across a wide range of sectors. Working collaboratively is one of the ways we’ve been able to develop niche expertise in so many innovative, growth sectors.

We advise on initial public offerings and also regularly work with companies and their other advisers on secondary issues (including rights issues, open offers, placings and vendor placings and more innovative structures like cash box placings) as well as restructurings, shareholder activism, continuing obligations and corporate governance.

The team provides "excellent responsiveness and clear unambiguous advice."
