  • We advised INEOS on its joint venture with Accsys Technologies for the purposes of exploiting the Tricoya wood technology.
  • We advised MND Georgia on the acquisition of production sharing contacts in Georgia, by the acquisition of 50% of the shares in CanArgo Limited, including joint venture agreements.
  • We advised Npower Renewables on the acquisition of 50% of Greater Gabbard Offshore Winds Limited from Scottish and Southern Energy Plc for £308 million and ongoing joint venture arrangements.
