We strive to resolve disputes to avoid court (if reasonable and practical) but are by your side each step of the way to assist and support.

Successful management of an employment dispute relies on experts who understand the relevance of brand and reputation management, as well as commercial objectives, time management and employment law.

Across our leading employment law and disputes team we are able to provide one of the most tailored, commercial dispute resolution services. We provide clear, practical support with a significant number of claims in employment tribunals across the UK, as well as managing disputes in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

It’s important to us that we provide a client experience that can’t be beaten. We understand that you need a resolution to your dispute as quickly and effectively as possible, minimising the risk to your organisation, brand and reputation. That’s why we have built a team that can provide all the support you need under one roof. Our team includes experienced advocates as well as being supported by some of the best, specialist barristers in this area. One of our partners is a part-time employment judge and all of our employment partners and solicitors are members of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Many leading brands trust us to manage their employment disputes. We provide prompt, practical actionable advice through brand sensitive cases such as whistleblowing and discrimination claims as well as advising on the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants, including both issuing and defending High Court proceedings.

Where possible, however, we use our strategic and tactical approach to keep you out of court. Our bespoke case management system, client extranet and our use of our innovative service delivery models help to control your direct legal spend, reduce lost management time and achieve your goals cost effectively.
