The way your procurement process works underpins everything your organisation achieves.

Our approach to getting it right is simple. We work hard to understand you and the relationships you have, as well as your strategic objectives. These underpin every recommendation we make, whether on framework structure, funding or documentation.

We’re proud of our national reputation as one of the leading public sector and utilities procurement teams in the UK.  Our experts advise bodies in central and local government, health, education, the emergency services, communications as well as utilities clients (in particular within the rail sector) from Plymouth to Aberdeen.

What makes us stand out is our commitment to delivering a client experience that can’t be beaten.  We want to immerse ourselves in your organisation and understand the context in which you work.  In fact, we think it’s essential for us to ask the right questions so you can get the right solutions.

We have experience of a broad range of procurement issues in a wide range of sectors. Whether it is conducting audits on projects in respect of ERDF funding, working as part of the project team (assisting with procurement strategy) through to drafting and reviewing procurement documentation: including advertisements, PQQ documents, award criteria and tender instructions, evaluation methodologies and scoring guidelines, standstill letters, contract award notices and voluntary ex-ante transparency notices, our expertise and commercial pragmatism will ensure your project needs are met.  We have substantial expertise in the creation and administration of frameworks including multi-billion frameworks for central government and in defending and bringing procurement challenges on behalf of both contracting authority and bidder clients.  Whatever your needs our experts work with specialists from across the firm to provide you with a tailored team that works hard to help you do business better.

"They were excellent - a local service with the links and resources of an international firm."
