Working your way through the maze of health and safety laws, regulations and statutory guidance is a little more complex than getting from a to b.

We have an unrivalled experience having been involved in most of the leading health and safety cases over the last 15 years.

Understanding the impact health & safety will have on your business and its reputation is only part of the challenge you face. With increasing risk to directors and officers of the company you need real experts. Specialists that combine deep and broad knowledge of the law with a practical understanding of the pressures you’re under in your sector.

Our national team is one of the largest, operating from our offices across the UK. What makes us stand out from the crowd is our commitment to delivering a client experience that can’t be beaten.

We make it our business to understand your sector, drawing on expertise from across the firm to ensure that we’re providing the most relevant advice possible. It’s one of the reasons why organisations across the energy, retail, transport, hospitality & leisure and chemicals & manufacturing sectors trust us. We form long-standing relationships with clients, advising at each stage of business growth. Helping them to proactively avoid incidents, as well as respond to them.

Our ‘in-house’ approach means that whether you need advice on international matters, risk management, policies and procedures or support appearing before the Criminal Courts, Civil Courts, Coroners or Tribunals, you will know you have the right people for the job, standing by your side.

"A strong team with a good depth of knowledge."
