He is a contracts lawyer. He helps businesses ensure their contractual arrangements fulfil their commercial objectives with no unwanted consequences, balancing risk and exposure to potential liabilities with the need to get the deal done. With his previous industry experience and familiarity with industry norms Peter offers practical support and assistance in relation to all manner of commercial arrangements, including purchasing, manufacturing, sales, joint ventures and collaborative R&D and other ancillary activities.
